11:33 am and I here on my laptop, I know I have LOTS of other things that I should be doing but I realised that if I do not do this know.. I won't get round to doing it so here goes..
My mother asked me to go to Zimbabwe 2 days before we where supposed to go so I obviously had to go and get some new holiday items clothes and so on.. All that was done then the next day was ZIM day, already booked the tickets and all sorts so it was just a matter of getting to the coach station and not forgetting the passports and luggage (this ACTUALLY happened last time when I went along with my mother and father, my father was the one who was supposed to be keeping the passports)!! Anyway we got to gatwick, checked in had something to eat and then had to keep my smile on for my mothers "BROOD OF FRIENDS" including the pilot and flight attendants as the Londoners say(LONG TING) Anyway, I didn't get a chance to sleep on the plane, I NEVER do..
God knows why but anyway we arrived at Harare Airport did the whole immigration drill thing, lool the man kept on looking at my picture, then he'd look at me to see if it was the SAME person because apparently I have "GROWN SOO MUCH". My cousin picked us up from the airport we said our hi's went to my grandmothers house greeted everyone and I went STRAIGHT to bed for the whole day.. This was Monday on Tuesday my mothers friends and some family came round to see us, it was cool seeing everyone. Then I spent the rest of the day at my friends house who is expecting TWINSSS awww, SHE BETTER MAKE ME GOD MOTHER.. YOU HEAR THAT STU??!!
On Wednesday, I woke up washed my face and believe it or not, WENT BACK TO STU'S HOUSE IN PYJAMAS AND A HEAD SCARF? Lol that's one thing I love about where my grandmother lives not many people you don't know recognise you so yeah, I went to Stu's crib chilled and saw a familiar face enter her gate and walk past. I thought I had seen him somewhere and asked Stu whether or not his name was Tatenda.. (LMFAO) she was like YEAHH that's his name and she was like TATAE THE MC.. I was like STOP IT.. So I convinced her to go back to the crib with me so I could ask him whether or not he was the person that I thought he was.. So we went back and it turns out it was ACTUALLY HIM.. Anyway as I was walking back to my grandmothers house I was just like OMG, I can't believe that I JUST MET SOMEONE AND I AM WEARING FRICKING PYJAMAS.. I was disgusted in myseslf.. So we wentback to my grand's house and I asked my cousin if he could come with me to get airtime..
One of my brothers Combi's was by the gate, en-route Town so we jumped in hoping to get off by the Shops.. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN, we ended up going to town, it was actually cool, that was the first time I had been anywhere in one of my brother's combi's.. I was there front-seat enjoying the views and the fast life and engaged in a very interesting conversation with my brother's combi drivers I can't actually remember his name though.. Anyway to cut it short, we went back home I had my shower then we went to town and I went to see my aunty in Malbereign so I could also give my "daughter" her bday present..
She is actually my cousins daughter but I have been there for her since birth. You know those relationships where you know that you are the only person that TRULY connects with the child on a DIFFERENT LEVEL?? If you do psychology or Child development you should understand what I am talking about.. Anyway I enjoyed my day was lovely seeing my aunt and my "daughter"... I went back into town linked my girl Marj and then went to see Paida (WAS LOVELY SEEING YOU MY LOVELIES)..
My cousin then came back into town and took me home.. It was my grans birthday so EVERYONE CAME we had a mini party food, cake music you know. It was such a great gathering.. Lol my cousins dancing >> (SLEPT LIKE A BABY).. MY GRANS SECOND BED IS SOO FRICKING COMFY!!
On Thursday morning, the first thing that was on my mind was "MAKE A PLAN" because I'd be going back home in 3 DAYS!! And that's probably the reason why I woke up soo early. I went to my cousins house chilled with them and the baby as I made plans.. Had my shower e.t.c my beautiful cousin Dadi came and got me, we went by my uncles office shared a few jokes, saw my other cousin and his wifey then we went to Dadi's house. It was cool seeing the baby and the hubby and all. The rest of the night was FUN! Dadi dropped me by Paida's crib.. We "CATCHED UP" had dinner (I must say Paida, you cook GOOOD! I need some of that meat sha lool). Then we went out, it was a good night had SOO much fun also saw my good-friend Tolerance << THE ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY TIPSINESS!! And those "girls LOOL! Pmsl, dancing in bikini's and shorts. Here is a video, but I will say no more on that subject..
I also have to give a shout out to another good-friend of mine Deejay Walle I ACTUALLY SANG AND DANCED TO EVERY SINGLE song he played *no I won't settle settle for less. Haa THE NIGHT ROCKED!! Went back to Paida's and slepttt.. Then went to Dadi's SLEPPPT and then saw my aunt and cousins baby SHE IS SOO CUTIE.. Love you cupcake
Friday was a cool day spent with Dadi the baby and "sissy" she looks after the baby when everyone is busy, she is really cool and knows what she is doing went tp the park then the cafe.
I then linked Marj Tanya Crystal and everyone else, I hadn't been out with them ever before unfortunately Marj couldn't come but lets just say THEY KNOW HOW TO PARTY.. Lol CRYSTAL AND AMANDA.. These girls DO NOT SLEEP! Pmsl I had soo much fun, bumped into soo many people on that night FB friends included.. Shout out to Youngsen, Norma, Mieshl, Alistair, Tawanda Tsok, Chris, Adrin, Patrick, Bruce Edmund and ANYONE else that I have missed out, I am sorry you guys, QUEIN LOVES YOU :) .. But anyway had soo much fun and that was the last night of partying.. (Returned back home early morning SLEPT TILL I WAS SATISFIED)
Saturday was another great day, visited a few people who live near Dadi's house, went and saw my other aunt in Malbereign, chilled with my cousin Cherry, her man Taps and Dani.. We went back to town and had a munch.
My cousin was supposed to pick me back up but he took so long so we just chilled in the car and had fun.. Then they came we got ice-cream and everything I wanted, aww Andrew is SUCH a good cousin hey.. Lol LOVE YOU CUZZIE. So we went to the stores by my grans area and I saw Dr Zobar (hope I spelt it correctly). I spoke to his manager as I found it a good opportunity as the man has "LINKS".. I must say I was a little scared by Dr.Zobar lol, he was kitted out in a FACE MASK, GLOVES a hat and EISH YOU GUYS LOL HIS VOICE SCARED ME SOOOO MUCH! Anyway we went home, there was SOO many people who came to see us and we just spent the night catching up and saying good byes. We slept at around 2..
Sunday I HATE SAYING GOODBYE'S.. Woke up, packed bags, sad goodbye lol my nan makes me laugh, she got everyone to bow down and pray PMSL.. Have to love her, so my cousin took us to the airport with the kids... He received a call and he had to go back as soon as he dropped us off because one of my brothers combi's had broken down and it needed to be fixed, my cousin is a mechanic/engineer so he had to go fix it.. Didn't sleep on the plane just sat with my mum and her friends and listened to their stories, THESE FEMALES EISH.. Pane basa. One told a story about how some people in a prominent area in Zim where making sacrifices and endulging in witchcraft to get money. One of the men actually had 3 wives well still has them. He was MINTEDDD! He actually killed cows and got the dogs to eat them while everyone watched. IT'S MADNESS I can't go on about this lol but it's crazy... Got home at 12:00 slept WENT TO PLACEMENT and my life is BACK TO NORMAL.. Kmt I hate it here.. Can't wait to move back to Zim :( I MISS YOU EVERYONE..x
